Course Description
Clear boundaries and assertive, respectful communication are the foundation of a safe, high-performing team. In this session, leaders will learn simple, practical steps to set boundaries, speak up confidently, and foster a Culture where people feel safe sharing ideas, raising concerns, and asking questions without fear of retaliation.
