\n\t\t\t\tHR has never been as significant as it is today. Companies want to attract, retain and motivate employees to meet their business goals and strategies. More and more organizations have come to realize that their most important assets are their people.

\n\nMy 25 years of HR practice made me believe that HR is the best job in the world as there is no other role that gives a person access to all aspects of the business. People are the lifeblood of any organization, thus, I envision HR as one of the topmost careers in the next generation.
