After all, investing time and resources into development initiatives should lead to real results, but how do we prove it? At Businessmaker Academy and HR Club Philippines, we\u2019<\/span>ve worked with many Learning & Development leaders in tackling this challenge, and the truth is, measuring impact isn\u2019<\/span>t as complicated as it might seem \u2014 it\u2019<\/span>s about having the right approach.<\/p>

Set Clear Objectives
<\/b>The first step is to be crystal clear about what you want to achieve. What skills or behaviours should change as a result of the training? Do you want increased productivity, better customer service, or more engaged employees? Defining specific, measurable goals from the outset provides a clear benchmark to evaluate success.<\/span><\/p>

Use the Right Metrics
<\/b>Once your objectives are clear, identify the metrics that will best reflect those goals. These could be quantitative \u2014 like sales figures, customer satisfaction scores, or time taken to complete tasks \u2014 or qualitative, such as employee feedback, peer reviews, or observed behavioural changes.
